A Wee Little Knit Pig

Yarn: Cascade 220 (scraps of 2 shades of pink and a tiny bit of black)
Needles: US 4 and US 2
Pattern: My own improvised pattern based on several other patterns--it's a Frankenstein pig! :) If you'd like the details let me know and I'd be happy to send you the pattern.

This little piggy is for my niece. Totally fun to make and I think she's going to love it!

  2. Hi there, a Chinese friend has just asked me if I could knit a little pig for his mother's 87th birthday in April as she is crazy about pigs and collects toys ones (I think she was born in the year of the Pig). I saw this adorable one while I was hunting for patterns and it is by far the nicest one I have come across. If you could let me borrow the pattern I would be very grateful!

  6. I would love to knit one of these little pigs. My daughter posted some pics of DGD Lorelei playing "The pigs and the wolf" and substituting a yellow rubber ducky for the pig. She needs a few small pigs in her story box.

Why don't you write up your pattern and let us access it through Ravelry.

    More later,
